S.W.A.T. Sport Performance is committed to delivering results, creating an inclusive environment, & leveraging our comprehensive training style focusing on the energy, care, and attention to each individual needs.
S.W.A.T. Performance is the only training facility in Amsterdam that combines strength, acceleration, deceleration, plyometrics, Agility movements, mobility and stability into our programs.

Programming is done with principles and methods that has been proven to work for each of our atheletes so our atheletes can receive the most competitive and elite training.
Our trainers customize programs based on the skill and age level of atheletes in any given session. Not only that, but each athlete is also training with about 5-10 others, which breeds competitiveness, teamwork, and socialization. It is imperative for athletes of all ages to have these skills.
